Description

Our main villa is a large three-room apartment, surrounded by a private garden on three sides.

It is characterized by a porch with white and soft curtains which give the home elegance and privacy. Decorated externally with the golden tones of Sardinian granite, the villa has a functional living area where you can cook the freshest and simplest delicacies, up to longer preparations thanks to the presence of the oven.

The fridge is designed for the maximum capacity of the house, i.e. six people, and also has a small freezer.

The comfortable sofa, decorated with typical Gallura designs in shades of turquoise, can become a double bed or transform into two single beds.

For the convenience of the two bedrooms, our villa is equipped with two bathrooms, both with showers.

Hot water is guaranteed by a system of solar panels with storage, an intervention carried out a few years ago, because we want to keep up with technologies, respect the environment and guarantee absolute comfort.

Precisely with this in mind we thought of the two bedrooms: only traditional beds, no bunk beds.

One of the rooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, so it can be used, depending on your needs, as a double or as a double.

Small children are welcome, so we have thought of them too, making a cot (120x60 cm) available to those who need it.

Nighttime privacy is guaranteed by the presence of the split for cooling/heating the rooms present and manageable independently of the others, in each room.

Let's go back to the outside, because we haven't talked about the private garden: every year we try to make it more beautiful and functional, despite the simplicity that the Sardinian climate asks us to maintain.

The intent is that it has everything you need to experience a special holiday and we hope to succeed.

We have created a car park inside the private fenced space, because we know the importance of having your car/motorcycle nearby.

We have left a space dedicated to those who don't want to waste even a minute getting tanned and want to lie down in the sun even before or after the beach, added a pergola for eating while enjoying the coolness of the grass on hot summer evenings, built a new larger fireplace and with plenty of support surface for maximum convenience when cooking and we have planted new oleanders to color the entire perimeter and make the garden a place of absolute intimacy...

We love the idea that each of our guests feels at home and lives with absolute pleasure the experience of this unique land that we welcome with open arms and that leaves the memory of its colours, sounds and scents in our hearts.
