The village of Punta Est, built entirely of natural stones, surrounded by nature, overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the islands of Tavolara and Molara, in Capo Coda Cavallo, is one of the most spectacular places in Sardinia in which to spend a period of Sea Holiday. This unique area is characterized by its extraordinarily white beaches and crystal clear water. Capo Coda Cavallo has become a Marine Protected Area in order to preserve one of the symbolic natural places of Sardinia. Some of the most famous beaches of eastern Sardinia are just a few minutes away.

The Residence has free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (so my guests will have free access).  In the village there is a bar and a restaurant with fish specialties. You will also have free access to the condominium's swimming pool with sea view. In the village there is a small square with a bar, a restaurant and a mini-market. You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has ample paid parking.
