About this space

Immersed in the green and exclusive complex of "Cala Paradiso", a small village framed by coves, cliffs and Mediterranean scrub. From the house you can admire the panorama of the protected marine area of ??Tavolara. In just 3 minutes on foot you can access a small exclusive bay made of pebbles and sand. The house consists of 1 double bedroom, mezzanine with 3 single beds, living area with kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area with table, deckchairs, barbecue and garden. Free parking.

The house, decorated with typical Sardinian craftsmanship, consists of
- Large living room with sliding glass door, sofa, table, chairs, 32' Smart TV.
- Small separate kitchenette with fridge, oven, washing machine and window.
- Bathroom with shower and bidet.
- Large mezzanine with blackout curtains above the living room with 3 single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe and window.
- Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and window.
- Outside patio always shaded with table and chairs and barbecue for your breakfasts and dinners overlooking the lawn and sea.
Water hose to remove sand when returning from the sea.
Daikin air conditioning throughout.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Guest access

There are 2 accesses: front door and patio with sliding glass door. What is used most during the stay/beach is from the patio where there is also an external water pipe to be able to wash off the sand before entering the house.

In the renowned area of ??Capo Coda Cavallo, an ideal location for families and nature lovers, overlooking the protected area of ??Tavolara, a suggestive location full of beaches to be seen comfortably by walking, equipped with all the necessary comforts, but also very near from the lovely town of San Teodoro, which is only 7.5 km away.

The house is located 250 meters from 3 small private pebble coves of Cala Paradiso. The largest nearby white sand beach is Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle) which is 650m from the house, or Salina Bamba beach, which is 850m from the house. Paid bike or electric bus rental directly from the house to the Salina Bamba beach, which can be booked at Porto Coda Cavallo's commercial area.
