The well-being of your stay will be guaranteed by the thermal insulation on the roof and walls, new A/C system, new windows with high thermal-acoustic performances and a new photovoltaic system. Upgrades which guarantee the house to be fully sustainable and autonomous and at the same time provide a comfortable and relaxing stay to our guests.

Wonderful villa house, with full and stylish furnishings, surrounded by the Mediterranean nature and perfumes, perfectly located in the heart of San Teodoro, next to the exclusive and well-known pedestrian zone where you can find any kind of shop, restaurant and bar.
Our house is developed on two levels; on the first floor, a large living area equipped with a flat screen TV and a brand-new sofa bed. The hi-tech kitchen is fully equipped (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer plus everything needed to cook and set up the tables). Still on the first floor a wide bathroom with a shower cabin.
On the upper floor: the second bathroom, two cozy bedrooms with roomy wardrobes plus a spacious and intimate terrace equipped with two sunbeds and the umbrella.
On both floors you will have the air conditioning system. Two external wide and well-kept green areas are completing the villa house. On the entrance side a green grass garden with a front porch and on the backyard a BBQ with a veranda where you will be able to spend nice and unforgettable moments with your dear ones. Still in the backyard a warm water shower, plus a water reserve that guarantees the complete autonomy in any kind of situation.
Services
The villa house can host up to 6 guests. Upon request and with an extra charge of 20€/person per stay, bed linen set and toilet towels will be made available. Free of charge, for guests with a child up to 2-years-old, a baby camping bed.
Available and free of charge the access to the wifi network (2 Gb/day).
When arriving at home you will be requested to pay a deposit which will be refunded at your departure in case of no damages to the house.
Parking is available and free of charge few meters away from home, in three large parking areas.
The closest beaches to home are Cala d’Ambra and La Cinta, within an easy and short walking distance (15-20 min respectively).
Few other beaches well known for their crystal-clear waters such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and Salina Bamba are served during summer time by a beach bus, which stops within a short distance from home.
For those that want to avoid reaching us with private vehicles, from April until October, you can book a shuttle bus at the cost of 10 €/person per trip from Olbia Seaport and Airport directly to our house.
