La Terrazza is located in the heart of Nesso, a picturesque village on the Lake of Como just a few kilometers from both Bellagio and Como.
It enjoys a splendid view of the lake and is located a few steps from the famous Orrido di Nesso: a natural waterfall with a bathing basin downstream. LaTerrazza also offers its guests a large and bright house fully furnished and complete with everything that overlooks the lake and the mountains. From here you will have the impression of flying!

100sqm apartment with large rooms such as kitchen with dining area, complete with all utensils, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven. Living room  overlooking the 30sqm terrace with complete outdoor furniture and an enchanting view of the lake. Two bedrooms with lake view, quiet and private, and a large bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine.

Access for guests
Guests will have access to every part of the apartment.

Check-in time between 4:00 and 11:00 pm (self-check.in)
Check-out time between 7:00 and 10:00 am

Other things to keep in mind:
Baby bed available, except sheets funished by the guests.
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a small surcharge of 5 euros per day.

Free public parking available near the aprtment. Reserved parking as optional to request at booking time.

City Tax: 1.50 euros per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (from 1st April to 31st October). Children under 12 are excluded. The tourist tax and any extras requested, are excluded from the price of the apartment and must be paid during the check-in online before arrival.

Each guest is requested to provide a valid identity document upon arrival as required by Italian law.
