Modern and just renovated front line lake apartment in the picturesque town of Nesso. Placed in an amazing position, it is perfect for a lake holiday, in the name of water-sports or relax, or as base to explore the famous Lake Como: the renowned Bellagio can be reached in only 10 km.
The balcony, where you could have breakfast, lunch or dinner, offers a stunning view across the lake.
At your disposal also a private garden overlooking the lake with table and chairs and beach chairs.

The apartment can be reached only by foot. It takes only 5 minutes walking down the steps from the main road where there is a free parking (please note that it is subject to availability).
I don't suggest Lavarell House for guests with walking difficulties.

I provide towels both for bathroom and kitchen.
In the bathroom you can find bathsoap, shampoo and an hairdryer.

In the kitchen you can find all you need for cooking/eating and also a selection of tea and coffee. I provide also a basket with marmalade and crisp toasts for your breakfast.

The standard bed is a queen-size loft bed (as you can see in the photo). If you prefer, I can arrange for you the sofa bed. Please, let me know in advanced which bed you prefer.

CITY TAX: 1,50 euro per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.Children under 12 years old are excluded. From the seventh night onwards you do not pay more tax. The City Tax is excluded from the price of the apartment e you have to pay it by cash at the arrival (from April, 1st to October, 31th).

REGISTRATION: Every guest must provide a valid identity document as prescribed by the Italian law. So, we will not accept people without documents. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

CHECK-IN times are by arrangement between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Later check-ins (up until 10 p.m.) can be arranged in special circumstances or emergencies (such as a delayed flight or car breakdown). For check-ins after 10 p.m., by prior arrangement, you will charge of 20 euros fee.
Please note, we usually have guests checking-in the same day that guests are checking-out, for this reason the availability of early check-ins or late check-outs must be verified and agreed.
