VILLA FENICE (Cin: IT081007C2YXHW5L2W) is a beautiful Villa nestled on a hill that dominates and overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare, with a breathtaking panoramic view.

Villa Fenice is a place to spend a relaxing holiday, but without giving up the nightlife, going a few minutes to the Baglio di Scopello or the port of Castellammare del Golfo.

From the Villa it is possible to reach the most enchanting and notable tourist places.

In fact, 4 km away we find the most famous places in Western Sicily, such as the nearby, fascinating and appreciated "Baia di Guidaloca", the famous "Faraglioni di Scopello" with its ancient "Tonnara di Scopello" and its particular "Borgo di Scopello". Even 2 km further, you can reach the beautiful "Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro" with its many Natural Bays.

But just 1 kilometer from the Villa, we find the "Borgo di Visicari" with the largest and most historic Islamic Granary in Italy "Granaio Islamico Aghadir", nestled on the hill behind the Villa.

The Villa is rented in total exclusivity and is located in a property of over 5,000 square meters fenced and equipped with a private gate and for this reason a lot of privacy is guaranteed, in fact the other villas are distant and there is no view that can disturb the guests.

Check-in is scheduled at 05:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM.

Different times must be agreed with the owners and a supplement will be required which is written at the end of this description together with other supplements.

For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended.

Inside the property we have:

- An area to park cars (it is not allowed to connect electric or plug-in cars to the house's electricity sockets for their recharging).

-A large 70 sqm terrace veranda with bamboo cane covering, overlooking the panoramic view, from which you can see the entire Gulf of Castellammare starting from Palermo airport to the Guidaloca Bay of Scopello.

-Inside the veranda / terrace, we find an outdoor dining area with a large table and seating for 10 people.

-A sofa and two armchairs complete with soft cushions, then plenty of space with chairs to enjoy the view, a hammock for a quiet relaxation to rest with the view of the sea of ​​the entire Gulf of Castellammare.

-Then we find a large solarium with sun loungers.

-Spaces in the garden for a relaxing walk.

In addition to the enchanting places already described we find:

10 km away the source of thermal and natural sulphurous water "Terme Segestane" and the establishment with a swimming pool of thermal waters and mud.

In the surroundings we still find the "Greek Temple of Segesta" and the "Greek Theater of Segesta", the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte".

The nearby city of Alcamo with its large beaches "Alcamo Marina" and its "Castle of the Counts of Modica" and the "Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve" with its "Saracen Tower" on top and its ancient "Funtanazza" old fountain that dates back to the Middle Ages.
